Questions

What does “unlimited iterations” mean?

The price is per return, not per round. A return that needs twelve prepare-and-examine rounds costs the same as one that needs two, and re-running after you change the books is included.

Who signs the return?

A US CPA signs every return: your CPA, or ours. The company’s officer signs as taxpayer. NGTAX.AI prepares, examines and documents. Agents do not choose positions.

Which returns do you prepare?

Form 1120 for C corporations, with its schedules and supporting forms, today. Other entity returns and state returns are on the roadmap and will be priced when they ship.

Can I file from NGTAX.AI?

E-file is in development. Until it ships, export the completed return and workpapers into your filing workflow.

Do you train models on my clients’ data?

No. Client return information is used only to prepare that client’s return and as otherwise permitted by IRC §7216 and its regulations. Development and evaluation use synthetic companies.

What if a return doesn’t converge?

It escalates to you with a diagnosis — usually the ledger accounts the remaining findings cluster on. Escalation is included in the price.
